Welcome to LenoRise. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to LenoRise. LenoRise operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). LenoRise uses Shopify to provide the Services.

These terms and conditions, along with all policies referenced here (the “Terms of Service”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

When you use the Services, we may ask for information such as your email address, shipping address and payment details. You confirm that this information is correct and complete.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen.

LenoRise products are shapewear and intimate apparel for personal use by adults, including the LenoRise Snapback Brief, a high-waist shaping brief with a crossed compression band. They are garments. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. A shaping garment does not replace medical care or the advice of a licensed healthcare professional.

Results vary from person to person. Customer reviews and testimonials do not guarantee identical results.

We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. LenoRise may accept or decline any order at its discretion.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been processed.

Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it can’t be changed or canceled.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date payment information.

SECTION 5 — SAFETY AND LIMITATIONS

Information provided through the Services is for general information only.

The LenoRise Snapback Brief is a compression garment. If you are pregnant, have recently given birth, are recovering from surgery such as a C-section, or have a medical condition affecting your abdomen, skin or circulation, talk to a licensed healthcare professional before wearing it.

Stop wearing it if you feel pain, numbness, tingling or discomfort. If you’re new to compression garments, start with a few hours a day and build up gradually. Follow the care instructions to keep the garment in good condition, and keep the product away from young children.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

SECTION 7 — REFUNDS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products are intimate garments worn next to the skin, we can’t take back an item once it has been received by a customer and worn, tried on, washed or removed from its packaging. If an item doesn’t suit you, we offer a size exchange or a refund of the item price under our 90-day money-back guarantee, as set out in our Refund Policy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, designs, videos and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to LenoRise.

Copying, reproducing or using this content without our prior written permission is not allowed.

SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We are not responsible for the operation, accuracy or safety of any third-party tools accessed through the Services.

SECTION 10 — EXTERNAL LINKS

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Services.

SECTION 11 — SHOPIFY

LenoRise uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. Shopify is not the seller and is not responsible for any sale between you and LenoRise.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 13 — FEEDBACK

By sending us feedback, comments, photos, videos or other content, you give us permission to use that content for marketing and business purposes, including reviews and promotional materials.

SECTION 14 — ERRORS

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the Services at any time, including after an order has been placed.

SECTION 15 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purpose. This includes breaking any applicable law, infringing the rights of others, sending viruses or malicious code, or interfering with the security of the Services.

Automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technology may only access the Services if this is clearly disclosed and authorized in writing by LenoRise.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, except where warranties can’t be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not guarantee specific results from using our products.

SECTION 19 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LenoRise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect LenoRise and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses that arise from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 21 — FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or supply chain disruptions.

SECTION 22 — SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms stay in full effect.

SECTION 23 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LenoRise about the Services.

SECTION 24 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. LenoRise may transfer its rights and obligations at any time.

SECTION 25 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LenoRise is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

SECTION 26 — CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
